The website www.gami.gr is the online store selling clothes and accessories of the joint venture company with the brand name ATHINA GAMILI based in Heraklion, Crete, with VAT number: 064000639 of the D.O.Y. Heraklion (phone 2814017667). The following terms and conditions govern your use of our website:
Every user who enters and uses the store's services, either as a visitor or as a customer placing an order and purchasing products, consents and unconditionally accepts the conditions set forth herein and which apply to all content, pages, graphics, images, photos and files displayed. Therefore, you should read these terms carefully before visiting or using our pages and services. Contracts through our online store are drawn up in the Greek language. Our company is committed to the accuracy, truth and completeness of the information listed on this website, regarding the transactions provided through the online store, while it is not responsible and is not bound, in the context of good faith and business ethics, by entries of electronic data made by error/misdirection in the course of common experience and is entitled to correct them whenever it becomes aware of their existence. - Order terms and conditions
Every order you place through our online store is governed by these terms, which you accept without reservation. If you do not agree with them, it is your responsibility to refrain from placing an order, from any transaction or from using the services of our online store.
4.1 Sales Preparation - Order Confirmation
The purchase of goods through our online store is strictly limited to persons who have legal capacity in accordance with the law, i.e. they have the right to sign and conclude contracts.
Upon completion of your order which entails the offer to purchase the selected products under the terms and conditions stated herein, we send you an email to confirm receipt of your order to the email address you indicate. For this reason, you must state when creating a personal account and/or when completing the details of an order your true and accurate personal information, in order to enable us to communicate with you and execute your order.
In the event that any products you order are not available at the time the order is placed and processed, we will contact you within a reasonable period of time at the same email address to inform you, while any payments will be refunded without undue delay in the same way you chose for payment .
The indicated prices of the products are the final ones (that is, VAT is included). Our company reserves the right to change prices without prior notification to the customer. The customer always pays at the time of receiving the goods the price that was listed in the price lists for that product at the time of ordering.
4.2 Delivery of order
The delivery time of the products and the shipping costs are indicated at a specific point when submitting your order. Within Greece, the shipping costs through the ELTA COURIER company amount to 5 euros, while in the case of choosing a different company, any shipping costs incurred are borne by the customer.
For shipments abroad, you bear the full cost of shipping, which depends on the destination and the weight of the products you have purchased.
Our company is not responsible for delays in the execution of an order that are not due to our fault or due to reasons of force majeure.
4.3 Payment
All prices at www.gami.gr are in euros and include statutory VAT. Upon completion of the ordering process, the customer can select the displayed payment method. In the event that a refund is required, it will be carried out by the Store in the same way as the customer paid the price, unless otherwise agreed with the customer, without fault or unjustified delay.
Your order can be paid for in the following ways:
- Cash on delivery: payment in cash to the authorized employee of the cooperating company (courier), upon delivery of the order, to the shipping location declared by the customer.
- Via credit or debit card, Visa, Mastercard, with security through a special service of the cooperating bank.
- Via Paypal account.
- By cash or credit/debit card, Visa, Mastercard, if picked up at our physical store.
- Right of Withdrawal – Return of Products
At any time and within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery of the products to you or to a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) or from the date of receipt of the products, in the case of choosing to receive products from the store you have the right to withdraw, as long as you are a natural person (consumer) who prepares the sale for personal use and not for the service of his individual activity (commercial, business, craft or self-employed).
The declaration of withdrawal is made in writing with a relevant notification that you do not ultimately wish to execute your order or electronically at the address www.gami.gr or sent by post to the address: info@gami.gr

This withdrawal does not require a reason and is done without any charge and if the item has already been delivered, you must return the product exactly in the condition you received it, with all its accessories, the forms that accompany it and its packaging in perfect condition , as well as with the necessary legalizing documents and receipts and within 14 days from the day you notified the company of the request for withdrawal.
The return of the item is accepted, only if the buyer has first paid any amount incurred by the company for sending the item to him and the shipping costs for the return of the item. The refund to the customer will be made by the same means by which the initial collection was made.

Shipping of returned products is at the customer's expense.
You are responsible for indemnifying our company for any reduction in the value of the goods due to your fault and as a result of handling the goods other than that which is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods in the period until the declaration of withdrawal.
- Applicable law
These terms of use, the use of this website and transactions through our online store are governed by Greek and European Law. Competent for the resolution of any dispute arising from the use of our online store or regarding the interpretation or application of these terms of use or on the occasion thereof are the competent Courts of Lassithi. If a condition of the above becomes contrary to the Law, it automatically ceases to be valid, without in any way affecting the validity of the other conditions.
