Shipping methods
Your products are sent via the "ELTA Courier" courier companies to your door. Alternatively, upon completion of the order, you can choose to pick up your parcel personally from our store, after a telephone notification.
Shipping cost – €5.0 for all of Greece and €12.0 for Cyprus
They also apply:
a) Immediate delivery from 1 to 3 working days.
b) In case of exchange-return of the products, the shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Delivery time*
Your order is confirmed within 1-2 business days, depending on the day and time the order is submitted. In case of shortage, you will be informed immediately about the final delivery time.
*The delivery times stated above may be modified in cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances (eg nationwide strike of coke transport workers).
